Introducing the Ardex P10 SR Rapid Hardening Crack Repair Resin Kit, a solvent-free polymer-modified system comprising two components of silicate resin. This convenient kit includes stitching pins, mixing/dosing bottles, and protective gloves, making crack repair a hassle-free task. It's suitable for swiftly addressing non-structural cracks, joint sealing, and serving as a rapid hardening general-purpose adhesive.
Crack Repair Resin Kit Features:
- Easy to use with no additional mixing equipment required
- Rapid setting and load bearing in as little as 20 minutes
- Each 600ml kit can repair approximately 4 linear metres
- Complete kit provided for comprehensive crack and joint stitching repairs
- Low viscosity with superior penetrating capabilities
- Odorless and emits low levels of emissions
- Also functions as an adhesive for fixing metal profiles, carpet grippers, etc.
Crack Repair Resin Kit Contains:
- 2 x 300ml plastic mixing/dosing bottles
- 20 x metal stitching pins
- 1 x pair of protective gloves
Directions for Use: Begin by cleaning the application area. Open up the cracks by cutting to 2/3 the thickness of the substrate (ensure to check for any electrical, heating, or plumbing services before cutting). For stitching, cut slots at right angles across the crack, suitable for inserting the metal stitching pins at approximately 20cm intervals. Remove all dust and debris from the crack and cut slots. Insert the stitching pins into the cut slots where required.
While wearing the provided protective gloves, pour Component B into the plastic bottle of Component A and shake vigorously for approximately 15 seconds until a homogeneous yellow mix is achieved (for partial quantities, mix components in a 1:1 ratio by volume).
After mixing, cut the end of the pouring spout on the bottle to open it. Within the product's 10-minute working time, pour the Ardex P10 SR into the cracks and stitching slots, ensuring they are adequately filled. Remove any excess material immediately. For further instructions, refer to the product's technical data section below.
Coverage: Each 600ml kit can repair approximately 4 linear metres, depending on the depth/width of the crack to be repaired.
