Delivery & Collection
Can I collect my order from you myself?
Yes. We offer Free Collection from our Sandyford, Dublin warehouse (Mon-Fri, 8:30am-4:30pm). Simply select Pick up at checkout. You'll receive an email once your order is ready for collection - please wait for this confirmation before travelling.
If an order has not been collected within 14 days, we reserve the right to refund the order and return the items to stock. Special order or customised items cannot be refunded.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to addresses within the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland only.
How long will my delivery take?
Estimated delivery and collection times are shown on each product page and may vary depending on the product type and delivery location. You can review this information before adding an item to your basket.
We recommend not booking a plumber or installer until all items have arrived and been fully checked. Please note that we cannot accept liability for any plumbers' costs, consequential loss or compensation resulting from delivery delays.
Do you deliver on weekends?
No, we currently deliver Monday to Friday only. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next working day.
How will my order be delivered?
Large or heavy items are sent as palletised deliveries and will be delivered outside your property to the nearest accessible location.
If access is restricted (for example, narrow streets, steps or other obstacles), the delivery will be made to the nearest accessible point. Please note that drivers are not insured to carry goods inside your property, so we recommend having at least two able-bodied people available to receive and move the items indoors.
Deliveries fulfilled by a third-party courier are kerbside deliveries. A delivery date will be arranged with you in advance.
Smaller orders are sent via DPD. You’ll receive a notification 24 hours before delivery to confirm the exact delivery day.

Delivery costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order and your location.
Something is missing from my delivery
If an item is missing or incorrect, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery.
Email info@bathroomoutlet.ie with your order number, customer name, email used to place the order and phone number so we can resolve the issue quickly.

How do I place an order?
Simply browse our website, add your chosen products to the cart and proceed to checkout to complete payment.
If you experience any difficulties, call +353 (1) 230 1527 (Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:00pm) and a team member can help you place your order by phone.
What payment options are available?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal, as well as Klarna (Pay in 3 instalments), Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. These secure payment methods make checkout quick and convenient.
Do you offer finance?
Yes, we offer Klarna's Pay in 3 instalments option. Select Klarna as your payment method at checkout to split your purchase into three equal payments with no added interest or fees.
Do your prices include VAT?
Yes, all prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT.
My payment was declined - what should I do?
Please check that your card details are correct and that all required fields are filled in. If the problem continues, contact our customer service team with details of the issue. We’ll help identify the cause and assist you in completing your order.
Can I modify an existing order?
You can amend your order until the picking process begins.

How can I get an update on my order?

Where can I find product dimensions?
Each product page lists its specific dimensions. If dimensions are unavailable, contact us via Live Chat or email info@bathroomoutlet.ie and our team will provide the information you need.
Do you have installation instructions?
Most of our products include installation instructions. If yours is missing or damaged, contact us and we'll send you a replacement copy by email whenever possible.
How can I check stock of a product?
The stock status for each product is displayed on its product page. If you'd like to double-check availability or confirm lead times, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.
Promotions
Where do I enter my discount code?
You can enter your promotion or discount code in the Checkout before completing your payment.
Why isn't my discount code working?
Please check that your promotion code has not expired. Codes are valid only for a set time period. They are not case-sensitive, so capitalisation shouldn't cause issues. If you still have trouble, contact our support team.
Trade Accounts
Do you offer trade accounts?
Yes, we offer trade accounts for business customers. Visit our Trade Account page to apply. Our team will help set up your account and provide access to exclusive trade discounts and offers.
Do trade accounts require a credit check?
No, our trade accounts are discounted cash accounts with no credit checks or account approvals required.
Can I use my trade discount on sale items?
Yes. Trade discounts are applied on top of existing sale prices, giving you the best available value.
Do I have a dedicated Account Manager?
Yes, your dedicated Account Manager is always available to help with product advice, order updates and trade account queries.
Other
Do you offer an installation service?
At this time, we do not provide installation services. However, most products include installation instructions, and our team is happy to offer guidance if needed.
Do you have a showroom?
We are an online-only retailer and do not have a physical showroom.
However, our Sandyford, Dublin warehouse offers free collection at Unit A3, Three Rock Rd, Sandyford Business Park, Sandyford, Dublin, D18 NX03.
