What is the standard delivery time?

Do you offer Click & Collect service?

Yes we offer Free Click and Collect service from our Dublin Sandyford warehouse. Simply choose the Free Click and Collect option in the checkout.

Do you offer an installation service?

No unfortunately we do not offer any installation services at the moment. 

Something is missing from my order..

If you have received an incorrect item, please let us know within 48 hours. Can I modify an exsiting order?

Orders can be updated and modified up until the picking process begins. Do you deliver on weekend?

No we do not deliver on the weekends.

What payment options are available

Our payment options include all major credit cards, Klarna (pay in 3 installments), Apple Pay, Google Pay & Shop Pay options.

My method of payment has been declined, what now?

If your payment is declined, please check that you have entered all the information displayed on your card correctly, and that all required fields have been filled in. If any problems persist, please contact our customer services team regarding the issue, providing as much detail as you can, and we will try to resolve it for you as soon as possible.

How do I place my order with you?

To place an order, the process is quick and easy. Simply browse the products you're interested in on our website, add the goods you want and any recommended items you require to your cart, then proceed to checkout to complete the order & make the payment. Alternatively if you find any difficulties while placing your order please call +353 1 230 1527 9am - 4pm (Monday - Sunday) and one of our team members will help you place an order via phone. 

Do you offer Finance?

Certainly, we offer the convenience of 'Buy now & pay in 3 installments' through Klarna. To avail of this option, simply select Klarna as your Payment Method during checkout. You'll then be directed to a swift online application process, making it easy to enjoy your purchase in manageable installments.

Do your prices include VAT?

Yes, all our prices include VAT. However, we've encountered instances where customers using a VPN or browsing from abroad may initially see prices displayed without VAT. The VAT rate is typically applied at the checkout stage. For instance, a product page may initially display prices as 23% less VAT on the Product page, but the final total will include the applicable VAT upon checkout.

Where can I find specific product dimensions?

Dimensions for each specific product can be found on their respective product pages, providing you with an accurate scale of the item. In the rare event that dimensions are unavailable for a particular product, please don't hesitate to reach out to us via Live Chat or email at Our team is readily available to assist you.

Do you have a showroom?

No we do not have a showroom, we are an online only retailer. However we have a warehouse in Dublin which offers a Free click & collect service. You can choose the option of click & collect in the checkout to avil this service. (Warehouse address: Unit A3 Three Rock Rd, Sandyford Business Park, Sandyford, Dublin, D18 NX03) 

Do you have installation instructions?

Most of our products come complete with installation instructions, however if yours become lost or damaged, please contact us here, and, where possible, we will email you another copy.

4. Promotion Questions

Where do I enter my discount code?

Promotion discount codes are entered in the Checkout.

Why isn't my discount code working?

Our promotion codes are available for a specific time period. Please check that the code you are using has not expired. The codes are not case sensitive so this should not cause any issues.

Do you offer trade accounts?

Can I use my trade discount on top of sale items?

Certainly! If an item is currently on sale, your discount will be automatically applied to the already discounted sale price, ensuring you receive the best possible value for your purchase.
